This project involved a major rebuild and refurbishment of a hotel facility including redesigned commercial kitchen, bistro, sports bars, gaming facilities, and a new extension for a drive-thru bottle shop.  Upgrades included mechanical, electrical, data and CCTV, all within a very tight project timeframe. The project was awarded the 2013 Queensland Master Builders award for ‘Refurbishment /Renovation $5million–$20million’.
