Breathe epitomises the essence of sub-tropical living. Celebrating the concept of the “outdoor room,” the design emphasizes cross-flow ventilation, ensuring a constant flow of fresh air throughout the building. At the heart of this innovative approach lies the “lungs of the building”—a central landscaped courtyard that serves as a tranquil oasis, connecting residents with nature while allowing the building to “breathe”.
One of the defining features of Breathe is its focus on sustainability. We combine proven, passive design fundamentals with new, active systems and technology to create environments that are both sustainable and healthy. Perhaps most importantly, we have considered the whole life of the building, its relationship with the environment, and how it will be used by people now and in the future, enhancing and improving the lives of those that call Breathe home.
Working with the Development Team, site selection has been a critical part of our process. We believe in integrating seamlessly with the existing fabric of communities, enhancing rather than imposing upon the surroundings. With its prime location on the corners of Samford Road and Lorne Street, Breathe delivers unparalleled ease of access to all the amenities and conveniences that Brisbane’s most liveable suburb has to offer.
